Greek Boîte

Marilena Chrysochoidi (vocals) and Orfeas Demis (piano) explore two different worlds of Greek music. The first immerses the audience in the smooth, contemporary sounds of the Greek new age wave, with songs from the 1980s through the 2000s, while the second takes a step back in time, offering the nostalgic melodies of operettas and classic Athenian songs from the 1920s to the 1950s. An optional violin/string duo, trio, or quartet can be added to either performance.
